My experience with Sürat Kargo was disappointing, and I feel really let down by their service. Even though their policy clearly states that packages are accepted until 18:00, the branch turned away my package at 17:00, stating that their system was closed. Furthermore, they declined to deliver three medium-sized packages (10 kg, 15 kg, and 15 kg) to my doorstep, claiming it was recorded as a single 50 kg package in their system. Despite my suggestion to separate the packages to comply with the weight limit, they declined, stating, "The system doesn't allow it." Unfortunately, the packages arrived in poor condition, featuring torn and crushed boxes. Their reply? "No damage occurred since there’s foam inside." This irresponsible approach has left me regretting my decision to choose them.
