Sürat Kargo Poor Handling and Delivery Experience
I recently moved to an area serviced by the Sürat Kargo Denizkoskler branch, and I have never experienced such poor service. When I tried to send a package, I was told, "We do not ship cargo over 30 kg; we are fully exercising our rights."
The product that arrived was deflated, consisting of three armchairs. I was contacted to come down, but I explained that I have a 70-year-old mother and we cannot carry it ourselves. Despite this, they made her carry it. Just the other day, the same situation occurred again. I am extremely frustrated with this level of service after a week of dealing with these issues.
