Sürat Kargo Refused to Deliver My Package to My Floor Despite Their Policy

I want to share the problem I faced with Sürat Kargo's Ankara Emek branch. I will also file a complaint with CİMER about both the branch and the phone number that contacted me. Today, the courier left the products I ordered from Trendyol's Good Night Home seller at my apartment door, stating that they were too heavy to carry. They claimed the products weighed 80 kilos each and were beyond their 30-kilo limit, and in an unpleasant tone, added that carrying such heavy items is not their job.
1. I live on the first floor, with only 10 steps.
2. I know the products are not 80 kilos because my father, who has a herniated disc, was able to lift them.
3. If the seller knows these products are difficult to carry, why do they choose such a basic and unreliable shipping method?
The courier informed me they have strict limits for handling heavy items and refused to assist further, leaving the packages at the door. Additionally, they dragged the products to the lower entrance of my apartment, damaging the cargo bags. This raises several questions: It is clear what kind of products Good Night Home sells, so they must also know how these products should be delivered. Why partner with a courier company that can't fulfill the delivery requirements for such items? If the courier is causing issues, why continue working with them instead of choosing a more capable company?
Unfortunately, there is a growing trend of poor service in this sector with no consequences. The number that called me from Sürat Kargo is 0553 375 ****, from the Ankara Emek branch. I don't expect an apology, as it won’t fix the situation, but I will certainly pursue all my legal rights.
