Sürat Kargo Lost My Babyliss Hair Curler Ordered From Gardrops
I ordered a Babyliss hair curler through the Gardrops app. The seller quickly shipped the product via Sürat Kargo with tracking number 25217116219918. The package was supposed to be delivered from the Istanbul/Taksim branch on October 31, 2025, but as of today, November 12, 2025, it has still not been delivered. Since October 31, I have called both the Taksim branch and the Sürat Kargo main office a total of 25 times. The branch line is always busy, and whenever I reach the main office, they only say, “Your request has been forwarded to the regional manager,” yet I have never received a callback. When I spoke with customer service on November 5, 2025, I was told the shipment was out for delivery that day and would definitely arrive by 6:30 PM. However, when I called the next day, they falsely claimed that the product had already been delivered to me on November 5. I never received the item. I paid 909₺ by credit card and demand that my product be delivered immediately, along with an apology and explanation for the delay. I also request that my grievance be resolved, as Sürat Kargo has shown a complete lack of attention and provided no solution throughout this process.
