Package Stuck In Transfer - Missed Delivery Date and No Resolution

My package with tracking number 25155247960952, which was supposed to be delivered from Istanbul to Konya via Sürat Kargo, was held at the departure city’s transfer center for two days and was not delivered on the scheduled date of 26/09/2025. It still has not reached Konya. I called Sürat Kargo customer service twice regarding this issue, and they only stated that a record was created, but I have received no follow-up and my problem remains unresolved. I request that my package be delivered urgently and that I receive an apology for the delay.
