Sürat Kargo Stuck My Order at the Hub and Did Not Deliver

Since November 12, my Dolap order with tracking number 21044371432269 has not been delivered to me by Sürat Kargo. The package was supposed to arrive at the Küçükçekmece branch for home delivery, but it has been stuck at the Esenyurt transfer center and has not moved. When I called customer service about the issue, I only received the standard response, “We are very busy, there are thousands of packages,” and no solution was offered. I have experienced similar problems with Sürat Kargo before, and my frustration has repeated. As my order needs to arrive urgently, I request that my package be delivered as soon as possible.
