My standard shipment with tracking number 34847769232220, sent to me via Sürat Kargo Kadıköy Moda branch, has not been delivered for 5 days. Although the seller shipped the product quickly, Sürat Kargo has given a different excuse each day. On the first day, they said it could not be delivered on time, and on the second day, they claimed “there was a match, the street was closed,” so the delivery was again not made. Even though the package reached the branch within 3 days from the dispatch location, I was continuously delayed at the delivery stage. I have experienced similar issues before and I am dissatisfied with Sürat Kargo’s service. The shipping fee was covered by the seller, but there is no explanation for such a long delay. I demand that my package be delivered to my address urgently today.
