I received a message from Sürat Kargo stating that my package was out for delivery at 18:24, despite their working hours being until 18:00. However, no one showed up at my door that day. When I called the next day, they claimed they wouldn't deliver the package because the outer door of my apartment building was closed. Even after explaining that there was no outer door, they promised to deliver it within the same day and leave it at the shop beneath my apartment around 16:00. However, when I arrived home around 19:00, my package was nowhere to be found at the shop. I walked to the distribution center and was informed that they wouldn't deliver it today, suggesting I find the courier and retrieve it from the vehicle. Frustrated with Sürat Kargo's intimidation tactics, I tracked down the courier and carried my package by hand the 2 km back home. It's evident that my previous complaints have fallen on deaf ears, as Sürat Kargo still seems to have no clue how to find my address. My tracking code is 21720929190222.
