Lost Package Fiasco at Sürat Kargo Anibal Branch
My package sent to the Sürat Kargo Anibal branch for delivery has gone missing, and when I reached out to the branch, they said they attempted to contact me but couldn't get through. How will they handle door-to-door deliveries if they depend on phone calls? There is no documentation of any phone conversation, and when I inquire about the number they called, they brush off my worries. Deliveries can be quite challenging, don't you think? Why would they choose to function as a courier company if they are unable to complete such fundamental duties?
