I Paid for Home Delivery but Had to Pick Up My Package From The Branch

On 03.09.2024, my package that arrived at the Denizli Bayramyeri branch didn’t ring the doorbell or call, instead they just called to say, “we came, you weren’t there, you can pick it up from the branch,” without even asking if I was home. It was around 9-10 in the morning, where could I possibly be at that time? If this is how it’s going to be, why am I paying for home delivery? Everyone should just go pick up their packages from the branch then, is this not absurd? I want the authorities to address this situation. People’s rights are being violated. Someone could be pregnant, have a newborn, or be ill. How are you going to compensate for those people’s rights just to avoid making an effort? Frankly, I do not forgive them. Dealing with such issues in the final stages of my pregnancy is truly exhausting.
