Suddenly, I was kicked out of the game. Within just 10 seconds, I logged back in only to see that my balance had been reset to zero. When I contacted support, they falsely claimed that I had placed a ₺3,000 bet on a different game and lost it. This is not true.
A very similar incident happened before when I won about ₺5,000—my account was redirected to another game and all my balance was wiped out. In both cases, I repeatedly contacted customer service, shared the game IDs, and explained the situation. At first, they accused me of making large bets, then they changed their story and said my account had been hacked and I needed to change my password. During chats, representatives kept cutting off communication and never provided a real solution.
After the first incident, I even enabled two-factor authentication and noticed the interface changed, but the same problem happened again. I never used any bonus or promotion; I only deposited and played free spins. This time, a total of ₺3,400 was erased from my account.
This is the second time my winnings have been deleted, and it always happens right after I start making a profit. I am not asking for anything back, but I want to warn others: do not trust fake sites like this that manipulate balances and refuse to pay out winnings.
