Supertotobet Balance Dropped From ₺3,350 to ₺265 After Login and Security Issues
On the night of August 30, while playing the Saray Rüyası game on Supertotobet from my phone, I was kicked out of the game several times. Later, when I tried to make a withdrawal request, I struggled to log in and kept being logged out repeatedly. Each time, I received warnings that my account was being hacked.
I was then asked to enable 2FA security and resubmit my ID documents. I complied with all the requests and my account was re-approved. However, once I logged back in, my balance, which had been ₺3,350, had dropped to only ₺265.
When I contacted customer support, they claimed this happened because I had not activated 2FA earlier and told me it was my fault. They also said my lost balance would not be refunded. This is completely unfair, as I had deposited ₺750, played the games fairly, and followed every security step they asked of me. I simply wanted to withdraw my legitimate winnings.
I demand that Supertotobet restores my missing balance and resolves this issue immediately. Customers should not be punished for technical problems or lose their funds despite following all required security measures. I also want to warn others so they don’t experience the same unfair treatment.
