Supertotobet Deleted My Winnings From Sweet Bonanza 1000 and Only Returned Deposit
On June 6, 2025, while playing the Sweet Bonanza 1000 slot game on Supertotobet with the username a*, I hit a major win. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I discovered that my account had been reset.
I immediately logged back in and contacted live support. Their only explanation was that my account had supposedly been “compromised.” But this makes no sense—if my account had truly been hacked, I would not have been able to log in, access my account history, or connect to live chat support. In reality, the site simply logged me out due to a connection issue, and I was able to log back in without problem. Despite this, no official document or written explanation was ever provided.
When I regained access, all of my past transactions were still recorded, yet only my initial deposit was returned. My winnings had been completely erased with no justification.
This is the first time such a situation has happened to me, and it occurred only when I finally won a large amount. I refuse to accept that my legitimate winnings were deleted without a valid reason. I demand that Supertotobet immediately credits my full winnings back into my account without further delay.
