SuperStep Sent Pasta Instead of Adidas Niteball Shoes, No Resolution

I ordered Adidas Niteball shoes from SuperStep but was shocked to receive a box of pasta instead. When I contacted them, their response was dismissive, claiming, "We don’t do such things; we are an apparel company." Despite this, no one has taken responsibility for resolving the issue.

Whenever I call, they say they are waiting for information from the courier, but nothing progresses, leaving me frustrated and without my order. The company shows no interest in resolving customer issues, and their lack of customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to send me the correct product and resolve this mishap as soon as possible. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
