On October 27, 2025, I placed an order through SuperStep for a pair of Adidas Gazelle Indoor Unisex Green Sneakers (Order No: 8306374293111771). On October 30, I received the package via Yurtiçi Kargo, but instead of the sneakers I ordered, the box contained a pair of Lacoste brand boxers.
I returned the incorrect item the same day and contacted both SuperStep customer service and Yurtiçi Kargo. However, both companies blamed each other and neither has taken responsibility for the issue. To this day, I have received no response or resolution.
I had purchased the shoes at a discounted price, and I request that the correct item be sent to me immediately. I have photos of the box, invoice, and all relevant documents as proof.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and that my loss and inconvenience be compensated accordingly.
