Skechers Sparta Max Shoes Damaged Under 1 Year
I bought Skechers Sparta Max shoes less than a year ago, and the left shoe's shoelace end tore while both shoe linings started melting and deforming. This damage could not have been caused by user error. I took the shoes to the SuperStep store at Kentpark Mall and submitted two repair and replacement requests for inspection. Both times, they refused to help and gave negative responses. When I contacted Skechers directly, they confirmed this kind of damage should be covered under warranty. However, since I bought the shoes from SuperStep, Skechers said the issue is with them and suggested SuperStep might have rejected me. I'm raising my complaint here, demanding proper support and resolution for my problem.
