Skechers Shoes Purchased from Watergarden SuperStep Tore in 6 Months
In February, I purchased Skechers shoes from the Watergarden SuperStep store, expecting durability for the price. However, within just six months, the side corner near the laces completely tore open, even before facing a full winter season. Cheaper shoes I’ve purchased in the past have held up better, which makes it clear that the materials used in these Skechers shoes are not worth the premium price.
I returned the shoes to SuperStep for review, but their response was a disappointing message stating that they could not accept a return. I never demanded a refund but expected an exchange for the defective product. Instead, they expect me to wear damaged shoes.
This experience shows that SuperStep prioritizes sellers over customer satisfaction and fails to provide the necessary support for faulty products. I’ve learned not to purchase anything from SuperStep or Skechers in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved with a replacement for the defective shoes.
