SuperStep Skechers Shoes Tore Within a Week – No Warranty Support

I purchased two pairs of Skechers from SuperStep, expecting quality and durability. However, both pairs tore within just one week of use. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer high-quality footwear.

I sent the shoes in for warranty service, but they were returned without any resolution. I sent them again, and still, there has been no response. These shoes were supposed to be covered under a two-year warranty, yet the company is ignoring my claim.

I paid ₺6000 for these shoes, and the quality does not reflect the price. SuperStep is not standing behind its products, and I demand either a full refund or a proper replacement immediately.
