Crocs Sandals Ordered from SuperStep Damaged After 3 Uses, No Response to Complaints

On September 13, 2024, I ordered a pair of Crocs sandals through SuperStep’s website. Unfortunately, after only three uses, the sides of the sandals started to come apart.
I tried reaching out to customer service through the "Contact Us" section on their mobile app at least 3-4 times, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and resolution is incredibly frustrating.
I expected better quality and service from both SuperStep and Crocs. I am requesting immediate assistance to address this issue, either through a replacement or a refund. Please respond promptly, as I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability so far.
