I purchased a pair of Converse high-top sneakers on November 6 and wore them for the first time on November 14, stepping briefly into my garden. I immediately noticed a defect—one shoe lacked the signature round patches. I returned the pair to the Bodrum SuperStep store the same day, but I was told they couldn’t accept a return since the shoes had been worn, even though they showed no signs of use.

I contacted customer service and was advised to submit the shoes for inspection. However, the store manager falsely claimed I noticed the issue upon leaving the store, contradicting my account. Despite submitting the shoes for inspection, my return request was denied.

This experience is unacceptable, especially since the sneakers were defective, and I barely wore them. After spending ₺31,000 in the store, I expected better treatment and resolution. I refuse to let my hard-earned money go to waste and demand a proper solution for this issue. SuperStep, please take responsibility and provide a refund or replacement immediately.
