My Converse Shoes From SuperStep Caused a Painful Blister
I bought a pair of Converse shoes for 4,299₺ from the SuperStep store, but the left shoe hurt my foot and caused a blister. I believe the shoes have a manufacturing defect. When I first tried them on in-store, they felt fine, but after just a short walk, the discomfort became unbearable. They said they would send the product for inspection, but I’ve learned that this store generally does not approve exchanges. I even showed photos of my injured foot to support my claim, but nothing has moved forward. I’m calling on the company’s representatives—please don’t cause people unnecessary trouble. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive pair of shoes to cause this kind of discomfort. I urgently request a replacement.
The 41 Burda Süper Step store solved my problem instantly; they replaced the product without sending it for inspection. Store manager Mr. Emin and his team are truly amazing, each of them took care of me individually. The store manager, the responsible staff at the cashier, and the staff on the floor are all so polite, respectful, and have such strong communication skills that I was very surprised and congratulate all of them for providing such excellent after-sales service. In fact, I was so satisfied that I bought another pair of shoes. Thank you very much, team.
