Superprof Charges Credit Cards Without Authorization or Account Creation
On July 27, 2026, a charge of $7 was made from my Ziraat Bank account under the description iyzico/Superprof.com without my knowledge or consent. I have never previously created an account, subscription, or completed any payment transaction on either iyzico or Superprof.
Despite requesting a refund and explanation from both my bank and the companies involved following this transaction, I have received no response to date. I possess the transaction receipt, and this collection was performed completely without my permission.
I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized $7 charge to my account, the prompt cancellation of any memberships or subscriptions that may have been created under my name, and a comprehensive security review on my card/account by Ziraat Bank to implement necessary measures against future unauthorized charges.
