Superprof Charges $7 Recurring Fee After Free Trial Cancellation Request

I started a trial membership on the Superprof website. Even though I did not want to convert this trial membership into a paid subscription and gave no authorization, a charge of $7 was made from my card on July 11, 2026. Despite my request to cancel the membership, my subscription was not terminated, and money was withdrawn without my knowledge.

I contacted Superprof via email regarding this transaction, but I received no response. Because I received no answers to the emails I sent, the issue remains unresolved.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my membership and the prompt refund of the $7 charged to my card.
