If Superprof auto-renewed your plan after you disabled it, first log into your account and open the Subscription or Student Pass page to capture screenshots showing auto-renew was turned off and the renewal date still went through.
Also download the payment receipt and timestamp from your bank or card statement to show the charge happened after cancellation.
Next, contact Superprof support via their Help Center, attach the screenshots, and clearly state that the renewal violates their own subscription terms.
Ask explicitly for reversal of the charge and written confirmation that auto-renew is permanently disabled.
If Superprof refuses or delays, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
