Superprof Blocks Paid Subscribers with Daily Unlimited Usage Limit Errors

I purchased a monthly subscription on Superprof. However, for about a week, whenever I try to use the website, I constantly encounter a warning stating, "You have reached your daily unlimited usage limit."

Even though I paid for a monthly subscription, being unable to utilize the service creates significant frustration. In particular, restricting my usage rights for days while my paid subscription period remains active is unacceptable.

I demand a clear explanation regarding the cause of this issue, the immediate removal of the usage restriction on my account, and proper compensation for the duration I was unable to use the platform.

I want to be able to use the subscription service I paid for without limitations. I expect Superprof to provide a resolution as soon as possible.
