Superonline Did Not Activate My Fiber Internet Despite My Application
I experienced an issue with Superonline when my fiber internet subscription was not activated within the specified timeframe. I applied on August 10th and was scheduled for August 16th, but no one showed up for the appointment and I received no information. As of today, 11 days have passed, and although their official website states that the subscription should be activated within 2-4 business days, no action has been taken.

Information was provided, that's true, but my problem was not resolved; ultimately, I had to cancel my subscription application. There are issues with the dealers in the relevant area who are supposed to make the connection. There is a disconnect between your support teams and the dealers. You will lose many customers this way; find a solution to this.
