Superonline Cut Off My 50 Mbps Fiber Internet and Did Not Fix for Days
On September 9, my Superonline 50 Mbps fiber internet service was completely cut off at my home. I called customer service that day and was told someone would get back to me within a few hours, but no one called. On September 10 at 3:30 PM, an authorized representative called and asked me to be home immediately, but since I was at work, this was not possible. They said they would come by noon the next day. I took time off work and waited at home for four hours. The technical service that came checked the modem and connections and said the problem was not at my home but was caused by a crushed fiber cable in the apartment building and that another team would come and look at it. Today is September 14, and I have been without internet for six days. No one is calling me, and when I call, they say they can refer me to a paid technical service if I want. I don't want to pay again for a service I already pay for. I have called customer service many times, and they only say that my case has been forwarded as urgent and that I will be called for an appointment. However, no solution is offered, and my problem continues. I live in Talas district, Kayseri, and my customer number is: 57049348. My expectation is that the relevant teams will contact me as soon as possible and resolve the fiber cable issue free of charge. I demand that my problem be resolved urgently.
