Superonline Delays My Fiber Internet Installation for 23 Days
I applied for fiber internet service from Superonline, but since September 3, it has been 23 days and the installation has still not been completed. The installation address is in Bursa/Nilüfer Balat District, and my customer number is 11324940. During this period, I contacted Superonline customer service many times, but I did not receive any response or solution. I have not made any payment. This is the first time I have faced such a problem. I also spoke both by phone and in person with the Superonline branch in Bursa that handles installations, and they told me that applications made online or by phone take almost a month, whereas if I had applied through the branch, installation would have been done within one day. I urgently request that my internet installation be completed.
