No one showed up for the installation, even though we had agreed on a specific time. Classic, right? It’s annoying that nobody reached out to let me know about the delay or to set up a new time that works for me. I kept trying to call, but no one was picking up. It's pretty shocking to see such poor communication from a company like Turkcell, especially when you expect professionalism from them.
