Turkcell Superonline Installation No-Show and Lack of Communication from Support

I arranged the installation for TURKCELL Superonline fiber internet after chatting with their central office, and they pointed me to a local branch. No one showed up for the installation, even though we had agreed on a specific time. Classic, right? It’s annoying that nobody reached out to let me know about the delay or to set up a new time that works for me. I kept trying to call, but no one was picking up. It's pretty shocking to see such poor communication from a company like Turkcell, especially when you expect professionalism from them. If the installation process is this shaky, I can't help but worry about what kind of problems might pop up with their service down the line.
