I logged in online from mobile to extend the commitment period of my home internet package that will end on 26.05.2025 with Superonline. Although I tried many times from both mobile and web addresses, they showed a message saying you have an unpaid bill debt and did not continue. I sent them documents stating that I have no debt from e-government and all the information I have. They have been stalling me for 2 weeks. When they called today (such a ridiculous reason that I don’t know how to explain it) they said; The transaction was made in your name, the signature was written on your behalf, but we cannot share what happened! Can there be such a ridiculous reason? The issue is about me and they are not telling me the situation. I would never recommend or advise them. I have been working overtime for days and they are upsetting my nervous system for no reason.
