I bought a Turkcell Superonline internet subscription, I was making my monthly bill payments using the internet subscription number, but since a mobile internet account was also opened in my name at the beginning of the first subscription and the mobile number of the opened account was not specified to me, and since I was not informed about any bill payment, I was not informed about the bill debt that came to me, after this stage, after the bill debt was transferred to the enforcement office, I understood that I had a bill debt with the information of the enforcement office. I learned the mobile internet number that was opened in my name in the inquiry I made through e-government. I have a complaint about Turkcell, which did not provide sufficient information during the subscription, did not send me the bill information, and caused me to pay an extra fee by filing an unannounced enforcement action.
