SuperLive Wrongfully Banned My Account With No Warning – Request Reactivation

I was broadcasting live on the SuperLive Stream mobile app today when my account was suddenly and permanently blocked in the middle of the stream. The notification stated that my account was banned for being under 18 years old. I am not under 18, and my date of birth information registered in the SuperLive Stream app also does not indicate that I am under 18. Despite this, my account was permanently frozen without any prior warning or detailed explanation. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the under‑18 ban decision be removed, and my account be reactivated, as this situation is unfair and not in line with my actual age and the information in my profile.
