During a regular live stream on SuperLive, my account was suddenly and permanently suspended without any warning or explanation. I am absolutely certain I did not violate any community guidelines or terms of service. I was simply broadcasting as usual, yet my account was frozen in the middle of the stream.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no support representative available within the app to speak to directly. For a platform with so many active users, it’s unacceptable not to have any proper channel for dispute resolution or user assistance.
I’m kindly requesting that my account be reactivated immediately. I also urge SuperLive to implement an in-app support system with live representatives for urgent issues like this. Please address my complaint as soon as possible.
