Reactivate My SuperLive Broadcast App
I am writing about an unfair ban imposed on my account in the Superlive broadcast app. Yesterday night, my account was first frozen with the claim that I am under 18 years old. I immediately submitted my ID as requested and, after this verification, my account was unfrozen. However, later on I received another notice stating that my account has been completely banned again on the same claim that I am under 18, even though I am not underage. This is contradictory to the documents I have already provided, and I feel I have been treated unfairly and without a proper review of my identity information. I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible, that my documents and age verification be carefully reviewed again, and that I receive a clear explanation and an apology for this mistaken ban. I am not under 18, and I would like this wrongful restriction on my account to be removed.
