Permanent Ban On SuperLive Account
I am a user of the Superlive Live platform and I am writing because my account has been banned from live streaming for about one year. Since then, I have not been able to start any live streams from my account with the ID 201122452*** and I have not been given a clear explanation or solution. In addition to blocking my account and the phone number linked to it, it appears that my device hardware has also been blocked, so I cannot use Superlive properly even if I try with the same device. This situation makes it impossible for me to access the platform’s main features and has caused me serious frustration. I am not aware of any specific violation that would justify a permanent or very long ban, and I have not been given detailed information about what exactly I did wrong or what I should correct. I am ready to provide any identification or information needed so that my account and device can be properly reviewed. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban on my account and any hardware or device block be lifted, and that my live streaming access be fully restored. If there is any step I need to follow or any rule I may have violated, I also request a clear explanation so that I can comply with the rules and continue using Superlive without any further issues.
