Unjustified Ban And Frozen Funds On Superlive

I am a Superlive user with the username “Nensi,” and I access the platform through my mobile phone. My account has been permanently banned from broadcasting, and I am no longer able to start any live streams.

I do not agree with this permanent broadcasting ban and have not been clearly informed about the reason behind this decision. I would like to understand what specific action or rule led to this restriction and on what basis this decision was made.

I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the broadcasting ban be lifted so I can continue using Superlive normally. I also kindly ask to be clearly informed of the exact reason for the ban and to have my live streaming access restored as soon as possible.
