I Am Getting an 'Unknown Error' Whenever I Try to Access My Superlive Profile

I use the Superlive application on my Android phone and today I started getting an “Unknown error” message every time I try to open my profile. Because of this error, I cannot access my profile properly through the app. I am asking Superlive to identify and fix this error on my account and application as soon as possible, and to inform me about what needs to be done so that I can use my profile without interruption again.
