I use the SuperLive application on my Samsung A06 and I sign in with my Google account. Until yesterday I was able to access my SuperLive account without any issue, but since yesterday I can no longer log in. When I try to access my account with my Google login, the app shows an “unexpected case occurred” message and does not let me in. Because of this error I urgently need my account to be restored, as I can no longer use the service I rely on. I contacted your support and they only repeated the same questions that I have already answered, but the problem has not been solved and I still cannot access my account. I request that you urgently investigate this “unexpected case occurred” error on my SuperLive account linked to my Google login and fix it so that I can regain full access as soon as possible.
