Supercell deleted my Clash of Clans account after I switched phones, how can I restore my progress?

If you removed your Clash of Clans account when you switched phones, you can get it back by using your old Supercell ID to log in.

Click "Log in with Supercell ID" and enter your registered email address and password. Then, download Clash of Clans on your new device. This should immediately get you back on track.

You can call Supercell Support through the game's help system or their official support page (https://supercell.helpshift.com/a/clash-of-clans/) if you can't remember your Supercell ID.

Give as much information as you can, like your player tag, the name of your clan, the date your account was created, and any records you have from purchases.

Make sure that your game progress is always tied to a Supercell ID to avoid this problem in the future.

For extra protection, especially when switching devices, you can turn on more Account Protection in the Supercell ID settings.
