I experienced a clear case of inconsistency and unfairness with Superbetin when it came to how they settled my bets.
During a Turkey national team match, two players were shown yellow cards at the same moment due to a verbal altercation. I was watching the match live—the referee clearly showed the card to the opposing player first. However, my bet lost, and Superbetin responded with the generic line:
“All bet settlements are based on official federation data.”
Strangely enough, during last night’s PSG vs Arsenal match, a nearly identical situation occurred, yet this time, Superbetin refunded the bet amount. So which is it? Are they using federation data, or are they just making selective decisions when it suits them?
This is not the level of consistency or fairness that any betting platform should operate with. I’m now convinced that Superbetin is manipulating outcomes arbitrarily and misleading customers.
I demand a review and correction of my bet result based on either consistent policy or official match data—not selective enforcement. Betting platforms must be transparent, fair, and accountable. Right now, Superbetin is none of those things.
