Enuygun Deducted Service Fees After SunExpress Canceled My Flight

My SunExpress flight from Cologne to Trabzon, scheduled for June 8 at 8:50 PM, was canceled for reasons completely unrelated to me. Because of this cancellation, all of my travel plans were disrupted, and when trying to purchase a new ticket for the same travel period, I encountered significantly higher prices.
I had originally purchased the ticket approximately one month earlier through Enuygun for around $158. I was informed about the flight cancellation only two days before departure. After the cancellation, during my conversation with SunExpress customer service, I was offered an alternative flight that was not suitable for me. I was told that if I did not accept the alternative, I would receive a full refund without deductions. However, I was also informed that the refund process could take up to 20 days, meaning the refund would arrive even after my original flight date.
Because I purchased the ticket through Enuygun, the refund process became even more frustrating. Despite the cancellation being entirely airline-related and not caused by the passenger, Enuygun deducted approximately $21 as a service fee, and the full ticket amount was not refunded to me. As a result, I was forced to pay much higher prices for a replacement ticket while also losing money through unfair refund deductions.
I request that both SunExpress and Enuygun investigate this matter properly, refund the deducted service fee to me, and resolve the financial and emotional inconvenience I experienced due to this cancellation process.
