Unauthorized Sugo Verification Code Sent to My Phone Number
On January 19, 2026, at 2:02 PM, I received a Sugo verification code via WhatsApp, even though I have never installed the Sugo app, created a Sugo account, or registered using my phone number. This clearly indicates that someone else is using, or attempting to use, my Turkcell phone number from Turkey without my consent, which I consider a serious violation of my personal data and privacy. I replied to the WhatsApp message to report that the phone number does not belong to any Sugo account of mine, but I did not receive any response. I am concerned that my phone number is being stored or used within your systems without my knowledge or permission. I request that any account created using my phone number be immediately deleted and that my number be completely removed from all Sugo systems and databases. I also request written confirmation that my phone number has been deleted and is no longer associated with any Sugo account.

My account never existed; I'm saying someone else used my phone number—look at the reply they gave. They respond without even reading the complaints.
