Sugo Won’t Let Me Deposit Funds Anymore

I have been using Sugo for a while and made many successful deposits in the past without any issues. However, now I am unable to load any funds at all, and because of this, I can no longer chat with my friends on the platform.

I contacted my bank to check if there was any problem on their end, but they confirmed that everything is working fine. Clearly, the issue lies with Sugo, not my payment method.

I respectfully request that Sugo immediately fix this problem and restore my ability to make deposits. I genuinely enjoy using the app and want to continue interacting with my friends without these unnecessary obstacles.
