Sugo Diamonds Turned Into Coins by Mistake — Want Them Restored

This evening, while playing the Sugo game on my Android phone, I accidentally converted all my diamonds into coins, and I am unable to reverse the transaction. My account ID is 171615971, and approximately 13,480 diamonds were converted into coins as a result.

I did not see any confirmation warning, nor did I intentionally perform this action. Because of this unintentional conversion, I have now lost all the diamonds I worked hard to collect. Spending time and effort to accumulate these diamonds only to have them disappear in an instant has caused me significant frustration.

I kindly request that this accidental conversion be reversed if possible, and that my diamonds be restored to my account—or at the very least, that a proper solution be provided.
