Sugo App Banned My Account Due to a Rule Violation by Someone Else Using My IP

On May 29, 2026, my account named "dünya" on the Sugo app was banned due to a serious rule violation traced back to my IP address while I was accessing it from my iOS device. I later found out that the violation was caused by my girlfriend, who occasionally uses the account — and despite reaching out to the moderation team about this, I was told the ban could not be lifted.
I understand that the violation was against the rules and I acknowledge that we were in the wrong. However, my girlfriend has given me her word that she will strictly follow the rules going forward, and we both very much want the account to be reinstated. Because of the IP ban, I am unable to use the app at all, and this situation has caused me genuine hardship.
I am asking you to review my account and IP address once more and either lift the ban or at least reduce the severity of the penalty. I want to make it clear that we will fully comply with the rules going forward and that this violation will not happen again. My girlfriend's IP address is 226873962.
