Today, my account on the Sugo app received a “permanent ban” with no stated reason. When I try to log in, it says my account has been permanently banned due to a rule violation, but I absolutely did not violate any rules.
My account is registered under ID number 176105040. In the app, I was an agency manager and owner, and I have prior top-ups and a lot of effort invested in the account. Both the money I spent and the work I put into this account have now been taken from me through an unfair closure.
I also added a friend of mine named Sofya to my agency with her full consent and knowledge. She can confirm this as well. Despite that, another broadcaster made false claims by saying that my friend was their broadcaster, and after this process I saw that my account was suspended. I did not recruit any broadcaster without permission and I did not commit any other rule violation, so I do not accept this action taken against me.
I am requesting a clear, specific explanation of which rule you claim I violated, and I ask that a full review be conducted again, carefully and thoroughly. If the review shows that this ban was unjust, I want my account reopened. If my account will not be reopened, then I want a full refund of all my in-app spending and the full return of any money tied to my balance and/or purchased items, without any deductions.
