Sugo Account Suddenly Blocked From Sending Messages Without Explanation

I am a user of the Sugo application and my account has been blocked from sending messages since around 18:00 today. I suddenly discovered that I could no longer send messages, and this is preventing me from communicating with my friend through the app. I received a warning or notification from Sugo, but I do not understand what it is saying, so I do not know the exact reason why my messaging has been blocked. I also could not find any clear way to contact your support or customer service from within the application, so I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own. I kindly request that you review my account and lift the block on sending messages, or at least clearly explain what happened and what I need to do so that I can send messages to my friend again. I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
