Sugo Needs to Review and Remove My Unexplained Device Ban

I was using the Sugo application on my Android device when my device was suddenly banned approximately one hour ago.
The restriction was applied without any clear warning or explanation. As a result, I am currently unable to access the application or use its services from my device. Because the device itself has been blocked, I have no way of understanding what caused the ban or how I can resolve the situation.
What makes this issue particularly frustrating is the lack of information provided regarding the restriction. I have not received any clear notification explaining the reason for the device ban, whether it was triggered automatically, or whether it resulted from a specific action or alleged violation.
I would like to know the exact reason why my Android device was banned, how long the restriction is expected to remain in effect, and whether there is any process available to appeal or remove the ban.
I respectfully request that Sugo review my case, provide a detailed explanation regarding the reason for the restriction, and, if possible, remove the device ban so that I can continue using the application and its services without further interruption.
I would appreciate a prompt response and clarification regarding the status of my device and account.
