Expired and Repackaged Sudocrem Sold – Product Quality Issue

I’ve been using Sudocrem for years, but this time I received a jar that appears to have been expired and possibly repackaged with a new date. The cream has an unusual consistency, and even the cap is different. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the product. I suspect the product was resold with an altered expiration date. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities and request that this issue be addressed immediately. Please resolve this matter and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
