Poor Service And Incomplete Sandwich At Subway – Request Full Refund

On 7/12/2026 I visited the Subway restaurant identified on my receipt as Subway #42976-0 and ordered a 6‑inch meatball sandwich. The service I received was very poor and the product was clearly incomplete. The sandwich contained only about three and a half meatballs for the entire 6‑inch portion, which is far below what can reasonably be expected for this menu item. While preparing my order, the staff member was on the phone, mumbling and distracted, and did not pay proper attention to my sandwich. I was also not given a bag or napkins with the order, which added to the feeling of carelessness and lack of basic service. Given that the sandwich was not properly prepared and the order was incomplete, I am requesting a full refund for this purchase. I expect Subway to review the service quality at this location and to ensure that products are prepared correctly and customers are treated with appropriate attention.
